At 2020 FRESH AND FRESH, we are committed to providing you with the best service and highest quality products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available for items that are incorrect, damaged, or of poor quality.
  • Perishable items, such as groceries or prepared foods, are eligible for refunds only if they arrive in a condition that is not fresh or consumable.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must report the issue within 2 hours of receiving your order.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team via the app, by email at freshandfresh.in@gmail.com, or call us directly at 7075060672 within 2 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and, if possible, a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Once your request is received, we will process the return within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Process

  • After your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been processed.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that are delivered correctly and in good condition are not eligible for a refund.
  • Orders where the delivery was refused by the customer at the time of delivery without valid reason will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled through the app within 5 minutes of placing the order without any charges. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the order may already be in process.
